Spend a morning with a small group of people (max 10) walking for wellbeing or balancing mind, body and spirit through nature-based outdoor activities.

€10 per person per session. Places issued on a first come, first served basis.

What is it about?

Walking for Wellbeing for the love of it! Rambling through the rolling Razès, living and breathing in the goodness of the great outdoors, enjoying a bit of companionship while burning a few calories to boot. Distances will vary between 8 and 12 kilometres depending on the particular trail and weather conditions on the day.

What is it about?

Spending time outdoors, pursuing gentle, nature-based activities that have been scientifically proven to improve health and wellbeing. Walking distances will not exceed 4 kilometres.
